Cyber Divers Inc

Cyber Divers is a 501(c)3 NonProfit Organization dedicated to growing the number of STEM professionals in the USA. We focus on inundating underprivileged children in rural and urban areas with activities that awaken and strengthen their skills in problem-solving. These skills are the foundation for success in STEM careers. By 2024, there will be a 27% job growth in technology in the USA, the majority of which will go unfilled by American citizens, unless we increase and improve upon our current pipeline for transitioning our students into these roles. With over 13 Million children in poverty in America, the untapped labor potential of under-served communities is tremendous. These children in America lack an interest in STEM fields due to a deficit in understanding of how their current skills align with future career paths. We solve this problem by immersing children in fun, focused, problem-solving activities that build the skills that are essential to success in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. And as these children move into age bracket (15-18), we bridge the connection between those cognitive (problem solving) skills and how they can contribute to society as they progress and build on each skill. We're in a tremendous era. The GDP of the USA has the potential to grow by multi-billions by changing the life outcome of children statistically destined to lead below average lives.
