Cypress Resilience Project

Cypress provides trainings in Mental Health First Aid certification (Adult, Youth, teen, Spanish and community specific courses), QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), trauma responsive practice and systems' change and the Grief Recovery Method. We offer support for a variety of organizations - health and public health care systems, education partners, community based organizations, counties and state governments, and many more. Cypress also provides retreat facilitation, leadership coaching and training for supervisors, as well as techinical assistance for organizations wanting to engage in trauma responsive culture building.
