Cypress Rising

Cypress Rising's mission is to empower clients so that they can thrive AND transform outcomes for others. Founder Lesley Guilmart, M.Ed, ACC, started her coaching journey in 2017 when she stepped into a full-time role as an instructional coach in the public schools. Very quickly, she realized how transformative coaching can be and, ever since, has sought to expand access beyond traditional channels and clientele. She offers one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, leveraging her extensive experience as both a coach and facilitator to help individuals and teams move toward their goals. Lesley holds a Coach Diploma from Erickson Coaching International and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She founded Cypress Rising in November 2020 to broaden her reach as a life, career / professional, leadership, and writing coach.
