Founded in 2012, our boutique consultancy has built a reputation employing evidence-based solutions to execute complex, often pioneering engagements. D&G has been responsible for the development of design guidelines on Innovative Learning Environments for the Ministry of Education, and frequently supports schools to develop visions and strategies for their redevelopment. D&G is currently facilitating the co-location process for a number of secondary schools across the South Island. The firm also engages in an array of other projects surrounding organisational change, including stakeholder engagement, project facilitation, organisational cultural improvement, solutions-focused research, leadership coaching, board training and school network building.
