Unless leaders build a world that works for all of us, it is increasingly clear it won’t work for any of us. We believe there are practical ways of leading for our common humanity and for building solutions for generations to come. Drawing from the universal values championed by the Dalai Lama and other exemplary leaders, we've created secular, practical programs, tools and frameworks for new ways of leading to solve our most pressing global challenges.
