WHO WE ARE The PIT Crew is a group of hiring managers, all of whom have been through job transition just like you. Our goal is to get you across the job transition finish line sooner. We do that by achieving two objectives during an interview; 1)increase your confidence and 2) help you to differentiate yourself from other candidates. Our motto is "Practice Early and Practice Often." We did, however, raise our prices this year by 10% from FREE to FREE+10%. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 1. Resume 2. Job description 3. Availability (Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 4:30 PM) for your interview Lead times are typically 1-2 weeks for scheduling and coordination of resources. WHAT TO EXPECT Each interview/discussion session will take approximately 45 minutes for the interview and then 20-25 minutes of feedback from the panelists for a total of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. PIT Crew video conference interviews are conducted by two to three coaches/panelists. The practice interview is a customized and personalized experience based on your resume and a job description provided by you and questions created by the coach/panelists. You will have the opportunity to convince your panel that you are the right person for the job. Immediately following your interview, you will receive feedback regarding how effective you were including the things you did well and where you might need some improvement.
