Guiding women as they break through the mask of perfection in order to recall their dreams, reclaim their dignity, and realize their destiny is the reason I was created. Living in dysfunction and surviving abuse, I learned to walk on tip toes and not make waves. It was safer to shrink than shine. Until. I learned how to break the chains, banish the lies, and believe truth. I started making waves and found my power. Today, I work with women who are ready to recognize their hurts, release their shame, and reclaim their voice. Through in-couragement and practical tactics they unleash the permission they need, yet was their's all along. Together, we create a custom plan in a safe space in order to facilitate and navigate authentic change.
