David Daugharty

A very experienced and accomplished human resources and labour relations consultant with over 30 years experience. He is strategic, organized, thorough and professional while be able to handle a variety of roles, including the roles of lead labour relations spokesperson and mediator. In his corporate career, David served fifteen (15) years as the Manager, Industrial Relations & Human Resources for a manufacturing organization with twenty-two (22) plants across Canada. He is a member of the H.R.P.A.O. Since 1987, he has spent his time in both the private and public sector areas, including municipal and health care. He has a solid track record in dealing with a variety of unions such as C.A.W, C.U.P.E, O.P.S.E.U, C.L.A.C, Teamsters, and O.N.A. In addition to the traditional human resources and labour relations areas, David has served as a professional mediator, most recently between a union, an employee and the employer.
