While Ladakh is increasingly catering to a global footfall, we want to do our bit to give you an authentic bite of Ladakh. Khambir, the Ladakhi variant of bread is a staple breakfast dish usually served with solja, i.e, butter tea. As Ladakhis start the day with khambir, it only made sense to begin our journey of serving authentic food with De Khambi Come, indulge in some traditional skyu, chu taki, thenthuk, snamthuk, paba and thaangthur along with a range of hot and cold beverages!
