De Meander is een voorziening voor jongeren (vanaf 13 jaar) en volwassenen met een mentale beperking. We bieden woonondersteuning, dagondersteuning en begeleiding. De Meander is een vergunde zorgaanbieder, gesubsidieerd door het Vlaams Agentschap voor Personen met een Handicap (VAPH) De Meander heeft een multidisciplinair team van orthopedagogen, verpleegkundigen, artsen, maatschappelijk werksters, kinesisten en een logopediste in dienst. Samen met de begeleiders staan ze garant voor warme professionele zorg op maat.
