When we first opened our doors in 1998, we had a simple and straightforward goal: to source and serve only the very best beef in the country. Put simply, we’re serious about steaks; it’s our obsession. Our food is made fresh every single day, and we source our ingredients from local and regional farmers and food producers. We create beautiful and flavorful dishes, seeking out the best in every ingredient, with a passion to delight and share our curiosity and our love of delicious artisanal food.
