Deroko

The Deroko Fine Dining Restaurant is located at the beach of Gialova, a village on Navarino Bay in Greece. The restaurant is known for its fresh and local products and the mix of traditional and modern cuisine. The vision of the Owners was to create a fine dining menu based on local products and Greek Cuisine. The inspiration was taken from their Greek Grandmothers’ and Grandfathers’ cooking art and the deep local cuisine’s foundations, yet without limiting themselves to their traditions. The restaurant is a hundred-year-old stone building, originally a warehouse which is the ideal place to implement the concept of bringing natural atmosphere by maintaining its rustic elements and keeping it casual.
