I have worked in the fashion industry for nearly 30 years, Creative pattern cutting for designers and high street and a wealth of experience throughout a very broad spectrum of fashion. Since 2004 I have worked as a creative pattern cutting lecturer at Central St Martins as well a visiting lecturer at the Royal College and the London College of Fashion and I am well placed to understand designer's requirements. I am founding partner of Design-Surgery and I am personally involved in all areas of the business. Design-Surgery offers a range of services to companies and individuals. From pattern cutting and grading to a collection development service and courses for undergraduates, MA students, and those wishing to improve their knowledge and technical experience. In 2104 I developed a new anatomically correct mannequin for the industry. The first of the range, DS-108, is now on sale and further models will be available from the end of the year.
