Our programs are designed for beginners and also for those that are familiar with exercise programs yet would prefer a rehabilitative component to their program. Our goal is to teach you the skills to independently continue your therapeutic exercise program for a lifetime of functional success. Our six state of the art online physical therapy exercise programs include the shoulder, low back, hip, knee, full body and our specialized pelvic floor program. We address pain and stiffness in all 6 regions. Our programs are safe for all to do once you have been cleared by your doctor.
