At Despertart we work with a team of coaches, teachers, psychologists and psychotherapists who help people, groups and companies to become aware of the way they live and see the world and how they are doing things. By knowing themselves better, they can make decisions that lead them to live a fuller, more genuine, and more pleasurable existence. Likewise, to make the changes that the achievement of the goals set by the client entail, we have developed a transformational learning methodology, which takes the person or organization from its current state to a higher level of self-awareness, and helps them to install the beliefs and habits necessary for its transformation.
