As a Trauma Informed Coach, I accompany adults who have suffered episodes of high emotional stress, in achieving their goals, using self-regulation tools and resources to integrate mind and body: 1. Explore® Intensive Workshop (1 encounter, 150 min): Exploration, and clarification of your current situation and what you want to achieve. Identification of limiting patterns, decision-making, action plan. Somatic Coaching®: Accompaniment through body awareness sessions, stress relief, expansion of resources, and self-regulation tools to achieve goals. Breathe® Workshop (4 encounters, 45 min each): Sessions to learn and practice the different breathing patterns to help regulate the nervous system, sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve digestion. I am currently studying Gestalt Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing®. I am very passionate about everything related to human processes and ways to improve our life experiences individually and collectively. My studies and skills advising various companies in the financial field and my knowledge and experience accompanying people in their growth and transformation process, have given me a much broader vision of how human beings and organizations behave, and how the contribution of each person to the system to which they belong influences significantly. To transform an organization and take it to the next level, the intervention of both the system and the human beings that compose it, is essential.
