Determined Steps

Determined Steps is a movement that empowers women to move forward from that “stuck” place by bridging the gap between mental health and spiritual health. As the people that she serves, LaTorcha, has dealt with surviving trauma. She found herself in a very low place and was silently crying out for help feeling spiritually lost and ignored physically because she looked like she had it together. Her internal cries for help falling on both deaf spiritual and physical ears.
