Developeople UX, LLC is a company dedicated to elevating individuals and organizations through building design research and design thinking capabilities. Sitting at the intersection of Design Research, Design Thinking and Culture Change, the work that we do is intended to ignite and empower, to support and teach. We offer consulting services, coaching for teams and individuals, and occasional classes. The founder and MasterCatalyst is Wendy Castleman, who was one of the founding members of Intuit's Design for Delight program and helped to teach thousands of people design thinking tools and mindsets - that helped to transform that company's culture and growth. After leaving Intuit, Wendy began Developeople UX to explore how she could help bring her 20+ years of experience to the rest of the world. She has a particular soft-spot for growing Design Researchers, but her deepest passion is igniting inspiration and creativity in organizations.
