In accordance with the provisions of Law 15-21 of 30 December 2015 relating to the orientation law on scientific research and technological development, the Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) is the Permanent National Steering Body responsible, in a collegial and intersectoral framework, for implementing the national scientific research and technological development policy in terms of programming, planning, organisation, evaluation, valorisation, management and development of human resources, financing and international cooperation. It is placed under the authority of the Minister in charge of scientific research and has management autonomy. The Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) is organised as follows:=> The Director-General: responsible for ensuring the management, animation and coordination of the structures placed under his responsibility. To carry out his missions, he is assisted by two (02) study directors.=> Central Administration: composed of the following structures:* Directorate of Research Programming, Evaluation and Prospective.* Directorate of Administration and Financing of Scientific Research and Technological Development.* Directorate of Development and Scientific and Technical Services.* Directorate of Technological Development and Innovation.
