The Digital Agentur Heidelberg was officially founded in August 2017 with the mission from the City of Heidelberg to drive the development of smart technologies throughout the region. Through our strategic pillars of hyper-connectivity, data-driven services, and strategic collaboration we aim to shape Heidelberg into a model smart city where cities learn from in the future. We know smart technologies have the potential to mitigate some of the world’s largest emerging threats. We want to use this potential to do this, while improving the quality of life in the region. As a daughter company from the City of Heidelberg and Stadtwerke Heidelberg, our roots are local, while we think globally.
