Direct South, Inc. was founded in 1960 as Macon Restaurant Supply, and from the very start, our way of doing business relied on respect for our customers, responsibility for our products and resourcefulness in finding the right items at the right time. Throughout the Southeast, Direct South, Inc. has remained a highly respected dealer of foodservice equipment and supplies. Starting in 1987, a contract and bid department developed giving Direct South, Inc. the ability tomove into the business of designing and constructing restaurants and commercial kitchens, as well as equipping them. Twenty years later in 2007, brought a move to our current location, a square feet facility on Hillcrest Avenue in Macon. Two years after the move, the Board of Directors elected to create an ESOP and transfer ownership to the employees. 2012 brought with it the merging of Direct South, Inc with Citisco Food Service & Equipment in Gainesville, Georgia. With locations in Macon, Warner Robins and Gainesville, Direct South,Inc. is solidifying its position as one of the premier restaurant equipment dealers in the South.
