An opportunity to increase your self-awareness, define what’s working for you in the season of life you’re in (and just as important, what’s not), foster a sense of community, find quiet time and rest, challenge yourself, experience and share gratitude. At Discover Yellow, our personal and professional retreats and workshops aim to draw out authenticity and passion in each person, by creating meaningful experiences that increase self-awareness and allow participants to engage with themselves and others. All while establishing a space where people feel seen and heard. I have a heart and passion for helping others, for helping them become more self-aware, for connecting with others and helping them connect to others, for being real and authentic, for showing love and empathy and for creating a space with thoughtful intention to cultivate opportunities for personal growth and rest to occur.
