Disruptive Equity Education Project

At DEEP, we partner with organizations and school districts to help forge a concrete plan to tackle issues of inequity they have identified within their own communities. Our focus is not just transformative professional development for our partners on issues related to race and equity. We also go the extra mile and offer unique strategy plans for our partners to operationalize; imbed; and sustain their racial equity transformation. Each partnership is unique, with a personalized consultation that meets the needs and goals of that particular community.
