Doula Therapies

As a Doula, my primary focus is preparing and empowering people for birth through dynamic and holistic practises, focusing on biomechanics, ‘fascia touch ‘and breathwork. Emphasis is always on creating balance and attunement within the body and with the baby, giving people complete trust in their ability to birth their child. My offering,'Doula Therapies' encompasses three core themes: the role of the doula, the application of ‘Fascia Touch’ and breathwork, a simple yet powerful healing modality. A variety of packages are available for the prenatal and postpartum period: Journey to Birth, 4th Trimester and Birth Wellbeing. Sessions offer a safe space, a moment of letting go, rebalancing and reconnecting. I also work with businesses and organisations to bring the benefits of my core themes into the workplace. At its essence, my practice is to nurture, protect and validate birthing people on their journey. Davina Ebikeme is a doula and ‘Fascia Touch’ practitioner based in the UK. Her practice focuses on supporting and empowering pregnant individuals and their partners throughout their birth journeys and empowering them through dynamic and holistic modalities, focusing on biomechanics, fascia touch and breathwork. In her work as a practitioner, she also explores full-presence meditation, a form of interoceptive meditation that encourages the location of attention within the body, allowing us to tap into our inner movement or vitality and cultivate a quality of presence that moves towards wholeness and inner unity.
