DOW Building Services has been serving Arkansas since 1985 with janitorial services, environmental services, carpet and vinyl floor maintenance, and other building services. We currently provide services to over 5 million square feet each day and employ more than 400 people throughout Arkansas. DOW Building Services prides itself on being the largest independent Janitorial Services Contractor in Arkansas. Early 2021 DOW merged with Pritchard Industries, one of the nation's leaders in building services. We are proud to continue our locally managed services but with national resources. During the last 30 plus years, DOW has built a reputation as a high-quality, affordable building and janitorial services contractor.
