Driver Performance Improvement (formerly McArthur Human Performance Technologies) is an individually-owned and operated human performance consultation and intervention project implementation company. We specialize in small business and culturally-diverse settings. Our experience spans agricultural, academic, government, and military settings as well as privately-owned businesses. Workplace health and safety is our most common topic for interventions and training. We address the additional areas of compliance, contract creation, technology integration, sustainability, personnel management, employee relations, employee competency development, organization policy development, and organizational change.
