Jeanne Carmichael joined the company as an owner and full member on May 2, 2005, and Brian Carmichael joined the team as an owner and full member in February 2006. DHRD is an expert team of researchers and investigators who provide federal contractors and subcontractors a complete, integrated range of services to ensure compliance with Title 41, Part 60 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
