EARtrak is an independent data service company offering a consumer/patients/clients outcomes based survey tool for implementing Continuous Quality Improvement in hearing health care and service provision. Our clients are clinics or practices which fit hearing aids. They use EARtrak to get accurate, independent measurement of the outcomes of their fittings. EARtrak highlights areas of excellence as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. With EARtrak, clinics can also measure their performance against other clinics. Practice reports show, at a glance, how well your clinic or practice is performing across listening situations, hearing aid features and professionalism of your personnel, compared to the EARtrak group. EARtrak is based in Morwell, Victoria, Australia and continues to expand.
