Home should be a sanctuary. A place to create, heal, rest, nurture, grow and restore. Every place has a spirit and essence uniquely its own. The EcoINstead model uses a repeatable process for determining what’s unique about a particular piece of property in relation to the larger community it’s part of. This allows us to leverage existing resources to reduce construction costs and waste, while honoring the land we’re building on. EcoINstead’s network of short term rentals will be spread across Colorado – built to deepen our connection to the Earth, our community and ourselves. Our first property will be live in March 2023: A solar powered off-grid retreat, nestled in a beautiful grove of Aspens on four acres just outside Jefferson, Colorado.
