Christina Llado is the CEO of Educares Inc, a company focused on growing mission driven and heart centered schools, preschools and daycares. Christina has over 28 years of experience and an extensive client list such as Acton Academy, Tiniciti, Gables Montessori, The Gordon School, Smart Starts Day School and L'Atelier School amongst others. Her background as a Sales Coach and Facilitator, combined with her expertise in Strategy, Enrollment and Education, provide a solid foundation for her work in solving people problems so that companies can focus on generating profits and growth for their teams and leaders. She has consulted over schools nationally. Christina Llado owned 2 successful Montessori schools. Wrigley's Chewing Gum where she oversaw most of Central America and some of the Caribbean countries. She was was also a Facilitator for the Breakthrough Programme where she helped to help train over employees worldwide. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida International University and Graduate Certificates in Leadership and School Management from Harvard's Graduate Schools of and Business and Education. She is a Visionary leader in her field who is passionate about children, Conscious Education, and helping to change the world one person and business at a time. In 2021 she was awarded a nation wide award of Innovator of the Year award by The American Montessori Society after creating Montessori Reggio Preparatory during the pandemic. She lives in Miami, FL with her 2 children Gabrielle and William who are 14 and 8 who are her greatest joy in life.
