Timothy Deitz, Director at Effective Psychology, completed his Clinical Psychology at The University of Melbourne and holds an IEDTA-accredited qualification in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. He also draws upon expertise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Stoicism and Eastern meditative philosophies. Effective Psychology helps with the following problems especially: relationship difficulites, low mood, anxiety, stress, OCD, conflict management and adjustment to traumatic/distressing events. However, with a mental health care plan (available from a GP), a rebate is applied after each session.
