Welcome to EFTTA, the only EU association to defend and promote the interests of the European Recreational Angling Industry and related companies in this sector. By lobbying and raising awareness in the political field and public relations, EFTTA is continuously working to ensure that the economic, environmental, and social values of recreational angling are safeguarded, now and in the future. A challenging task that is becoming increasingly demanding. In addition to lobby and advocacy topics that are addresses at the EU Institutions, EFTTA focusses on acting as a platform to unite all relevant stakeholders and protect the right of recreational angling to exist. To achieve this goal, EFTTA aims to create exclusive member benefits and support members in their business. In return, members are asked to promote the socio-economic benefits of recreational angling and assist in the fight against the anti-angling lobby that has recently emerged in various EU countries.
