Scouts En Gidsen Vlaanderen
Als jeugdbeweging richt scouting zich naar kinderen en jongeren tussen 6 en 18 jaar. Ruim jongens en meisjes zijn lid van SCOUTS en GIDSEN VLAANDEREN. Samen met hun leiding beleven ze activiteiten per leeftijdstak in één van onze 500 plaatselijke groepen. Daarmee is SCOUTS en GIDSEN VLAANDEREN de grootste scouts- en gidsenorganisatie van het land. SCOUTS en GIDSEN VLAANDEREN wil bijdragen aan de opvoeding en ontplooiing van kinderen en jongeren; als individu, in groep en binnen de samenleving. De pedagogische methode steunt op vijf basispijlers: engagement, ploegwerk, zelfwerkzaamheid, medebeheer en inspraak. Kamperen, spelen, tocht, technieken en expressie zijn de terreinen waarop scouting opvoedend inzet. onze missie Wij zijn scouts en gidsen, meisjes en jongens, elk met een eigen verhaal. Iedereen kan erbij. We gaan samen op verkenning en durven tuimelen in het leven. De natuur is onze troef. We geloven in onszelf, in elkaar en in iets meer. We spelen een spel dat niet luchtledig is, in vrije tijd die niet vrijblijvend is. Met groot plezier en kleine daden komen we op voor onze omgeving en voor een kleurrijk Vlaanderen. Zo dromen we luidop van gelukkige mensen in een rechtvaardige wereld.

Aegee European Students' Forum
AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe / European Students’ Forum) is a student organisation that promotes co-operation, communication and integration amongst young people in Europe. As a non-governmental, politically independent, secular and non-profit organisation AEGEE is open to students and young people from all faculties and disciplines – today it counts members, active in more than 200 university cities in 40 European countries, making it the biggest interdisciplinary student association in Europe. AEGEE-Europe has currently three Focus Areas that we, as an organisation, are committed to- The Eco-Responsible Society Focus Area- which aims for young people to contribute to a society that respects planetary boundaries- The Bridges of Dialogue Focus Area - which aims for young people to act as ambassadors for peaceful and constructive dialogue to contribute to preventing and resolving societal conflicts- The Digital Culture Focus Area - which aims for young people to be able to contribute to a digital society which allows for responsible and open discourse. The recognition of volunteering and non-formal education as an essential part of the curriculum of an individual is also one of our core commitments. One of our main goals is to empower our members, giving them the tools to become the leaders of the future. The knowledge, learning and soft-skills acquired by our members after organising and participating in a variety of events, conferences and training courses provide the perfect synergies between their formal education and non-formal education. Ferm Kinderopvang vzw organiseert al meer dan 40 jaar kwaliteitsvolle kinderopvang op maat, in heel Vlaanderen. Voor baby's en jonge kinderen is er kleinschalige opvang in de buurt bij meer dan 1800 onthaalouders thuis of dagopvang in 14 kinderdagverblijven. Daarnaast organiseert Landelijke Kinderopvang voor- en naschoolse opvang in 176 locaties, de Initiatieven Buitenschoolse Opvang Stekelbees en opvang via Lokale Diensten voor buurtgerichte kinderopvang. Landelijke Kinderopvang zorgt ook voor Vakantieopvang voor bedrijven. Jaarlijks zorgt Landelijke Kinderopvang voor kinderen.

Natuurpunt
Natuurpunt is a volunteer organization that protects vulnerable and threatened nature in Flanders. With more than volunteers, organized in around 160 local departments, our NGO manages more than hectares of Flemish nature in 500 different nature reserves. Our volunteers play a key role. They take the initiative for purchases of new nature, they manage the reserves and make our nature accessible for the public. In order to give all people a chance to find rest and to experience the beauty of nature, the volunteers of Natuurpunt organize a range of activities: they install hiking trails, organize guided walks, excursions, courses. Thanks to the work of over 120 field study groups and the online platform 'Waarnemingen.be' volunteers keep track of our Flemish nature's health. This research provides us the scientific basis for persuading the government into acting accordingly. The volunteers are supported in their work by more than Natuurpunt members.

Chirojeugd-Vlaanderen Vzw
Chirojeugd Vlaanderen is met ruim 115 leden en 880 Chirogroepen de grootste jeugdbeweging van Vlaanderen. Onze missie? De Chiro wil op verschillende plaatsen in Vlaanderen en Brussel kinderen en jongeren in hun vrije tijd bijeenbrengen. We willen hierbij alle kinderen en jongeren aanspreken, ongeacht hun sociale of culturele achtergrond, ongeacht hun fysieke of intellectuele capaciteiten. Werken bij de Chiro? Ja, dat kan. Achter de jeugdbeweging schuilt een grote vrijwilligersorganisatie. Chirojeugd Vlaanderen vzw is onderdeel van de Groep Chiro. Daar bundelen we ons met drie andere activiteiten: de Chirohuizen, Pimento en De Banier. In totaal zijn we met zo'n 150 medewerkers.

Le Centre National de Coopération au Développement -11.11.11 est une coupole d'ONG et un mouvement citoyen au service de la solidarité internationale depuis plus d'un demi-siècle. En vue de promouvoir un monde juste et durable, le CNCD-11.11.11 coordonne la voix de nombreuses ONG belges de solidarité internationale et de milliers de volontaires autour de trois missions : 1⃣ INTERPELLER: En tant que coordination, le CNCD-11.11.11 interpelle les instances politiques nationales et internationales sur leurs responsabilités en matière de coopération au développement et de solidarité internationale. 2⃣ SENSIBILISER: En tant que coordination, le CNCD-11.11.11 assure la promotion de campagnes de sensibilisation, d’information et de mobilisation de la population, avec ses organisations membres. Ces campagnes tournent autour de thèmes comme les relations Nord-Sud, l’accès aux droits économiques et sociaux, la souveraineté alimentaire, l’engagement des citoyens face aux élections ou encore la justice climatique. 3⃣ FINANCER: Grâce à l’Opération 11.11.11, le CNCD-11.11.11 finance des programmes d’actions et des projets de développement en Afrique, Amérique latine, Moyen-orient et Asie. Notre vision du développement repose sur quatre points cardinaux : l’accomplissement des droits humains, l’extension de la paix et de la démocratie, le respect de l’environnement et de la diversité culturelle. Notre vision est également féministe, afin de donner à l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes dans toute leur diversité une place à la fois spécifique et transversale.

International Trade Union Confederation - Ituc
The International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) is the global voice of the world’s working people. The ITUC’s primary mission is the promotion and defence of workers’ rights and interests, through international cooperation between trade unions, global campaigning and advocacy within the major global institutions. Its main areas of activity include the following: trade union and human rights; economy, society and the workplace; equality and non-discrimination; and international solidarity. The ITUC adheres to the principles of trade union democracy and independence. It is governed by four-yearly world congresses, a General Council and an Executive Bureau. Water is life. We need it for food production, to shower, to drink. But due to climate change, rising consumption and pollution, access to clean water is threatened. And this leads to poverty, disease, conflicts. Join For Water's mission? To improve the lives of as many people as possible, and this by ensuring that they can use clean water for their daily needs and activities. This includes drinking water, toilets, water for agriculture. Because everyone has the right to water! We are active in 8 countries: Benin, Burundi, Mali, Uganda, DR Congo, Peru, Ecuador and Belgium. Our DNA in a nutshell: Change from within: focus on ‘together’ and inclusive We have teams in Belgium and in our partner countries. We work with local NGOs, governments, companies, schools. Moreover, gender and diversity are key in our approach. Systemic approach: towards long-term solutions We follow a systemic approach, based on lessons learned and good practices, which leads to structural solutions. We also work on models that can be used at a local, national and international level. In this way, we contribute to knowledge building and sharing. More than direct water solutions in the Global South In addition to projects directly related to water (drinking water, food production, protection of water resources, etc.), we also focus on policy advocacy, raising awareness, knowledge transfer and participation, including in Belgium.
