איתן - כל אחד יכול (חל״צ) פועל מאז 2015 לחיזוק והעצמת אנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים (יכולות מיוחדות), לרבות אוטיזם, בכל גיל ובכל רחבי הארץ. המטרה שלנו, שילוב מיטבי בקהילה, תוך עידוד תחושת מסוגלות, שייכות ומחויבות. שיטת איתן פותחה על ידינו בתור מודל ייחודי שנועד להקנות בקרב המתאמנים מיומנויות של תקשורת בין אישית, נחישות, התמדה, העצמה אישית ועוד. זאת, תוך שילוב בין כושר גופני ופיתוח כישורי חיים, חוויה אנושית וקשר אישי. בנוסף, אנו מעבירים סדנאות השראה לחברות וארגונים בהובלת עוזרי מאמנים עם יכולות מיוחדות. באמצעות קרן איתן, המתאמנים זוכים לסבסוד של עד 80% מעלות הפעילות, כך שגם משפחות מעוטות יכולת יכולות לאפשר לילדיהן להתאמן, לפתח כישורי חיים ולבנות ביטחון עצמי דרך כושר וספורט. במהלך השנים יצרנו שיתופי פעולה נרחבים עם רשויות מקומיות, קופות חולים וגופים ציבוריים, ואנחנו מזמינים גם אתכם להיות חלק מהמסע שלנו ליצירת חברה חזקה, שוויונית ומחבקת יותר. ביחד, נוכיח שכל אחת ואחד יכולים! Eitan – Everyone Can (nonprofit) has been operating since 2015 to strengthen and empower people with special needs (special abilities), including autism, of all ages and across the country. Our mission is to achieve meaningful inclusion in the community while fostering a sense of capability, belonging, and commitment. The Eitan Method, developed by our team, is a unique model designed to help participants build interpersonal communication, resilience, perseverance, personal empowerment, and more. We achieve this by combining physical fitness with life skills, human connection, and meaningful personal experiences. We also lead inspirational workshops for companies and organizations, guided by assistant coaches with special abilities who have been professionally trained. Over the years, we have built extensive collaborations with local authorities, health funds, and public organizations.
