Elected Officials Education Program

The Alberta Elected Officials Education Program Corporation (AEOEPC) is a jointly owned subsidiary of both the Alberta Association of Municipal Districts and Counties (AAMDC) and the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA). Incorporated in 2007 and under the supervision of the Registrar, the AEOEPC oversees corporate and program administration responsibilities of the Elected Officials Education Program. AAMDC, AUMA and Municipal Affairs participated in the development of the various courses in the program for the benefit of all municipal elected officials. The EOEP was developed to provide municipally elected officials with an opportunity to broaden their knowledge and skills, raising the quality of municipal government and enabling those in office to effectively achieve the goals of their community.
