Since its formation in 1993, EM Group through its divisions EM Finance, EM Consulting, EM Legal and EM Financial Services has delivered executive search solutions to companies across Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region. Roles are filled on both a permanent and interim basis. The company was formed in 1993 by its two founders, acquired by a private equity (LDC) backed Human Capital Company in 2007, before being bought back into private ownership in 2009.
