About Louise Bartlett

On graduating from the University of Bristol with a BA (Hons) in French & German, I gained eighteen months' experience within an Oxbridge founded graduate recruitment and research consultancy, FreshMinds.I joined a search firm, Imprint in early 2007 as a Researcher and worked on a number of pan-European mandates before joining Redgrave Partners at its inception and being promoted to Associate Consultant on Redgrave’s Retail & Consumer Practice, headhunting globally at senior management level across a range of functions, in particular finance, strategy, retail operations, commercial and marketing.Having spent 4 and a half years in a senior search environment, I made the decision to move in-house and focus on one company's strategic direction. Betfair is an innovative online consumer technology business and it had set up an internal headhunting function to support bringing on board talent at Head of/ Directorship level through to the Executive Committee. After over 3 years at Betfair, it had gone through a significant amount of change and had downsized its internal talent acquisition function. Despite securing a new role as a liaison between agencies and the business, I decided to move back into proper search.Specialties: Executive Search; Headhunting; Market Research; Market Mapping; Talent Pipelining
