Embodiment Lab

I believe that our body is the physical expression of our emotions, thoughts and also our essence, our source of inspiration and creativity. Our body is our vehicle to do what we have to do. It's always in the NOW and uncensored in what it shows us. The Embodiment Lab is a place to reconnect with our body, movement and breath. In individual sessions, workshops and trainings I support you to work through repetitive patters that withhold you to live life to its fullest potential privately and in work. I support companies to bring back flow in teams and enhance the cooperation in teams. I work at management level, with teams and individually with personal and embodied leadership.
