I have over a decade of experience working with religious institutions, organizations sponsored by religious institutes, and other faith-based organizations, as well as other nonprofits and in corporate settings. I specialize in emergent strategy and process, and work through an asset/strengths-based lens. I have over five years practical experience working with the Leadership Circle Profile and was recently certified as a practitioner in both the LCP and Collective Leadership Assessment to provide you and your team with insightful coaching and consultation.
