MISSION At EmpathyINC, we believe empathy is the cornerstone of authentic leadership. The core of our work centers on life crises and transitions—from grief, loss, and trauma to personal health challenges, gender affirmation, and workforce re-entry, we’re committed to improving workplace support and normalizing these fundamental human events. VISION Our vision is to transform how life crises and transitions are addressed in the workplace. By dismantling the social stigma that comes with mental health and vulnerability and fostering stronger connections between leaders and employees, we aim to create safe spaces for employees to bring their whole selves to work—including the broken pieces.
