Empowered Leadhership

There was no magic formula for being a successful female leader in male dominant industries, so I have made it my mission to create one. I have first hand experience with hitting the glass ceiling without any warning signs. I thought I was going to be the exception to the rule, and this could not have been further from the truth. I went from being a teen mom statistic to earning my graduate degree from USC and earning the 6 figures I always dreamt of making. I did not win the lottery nor marry anyone rich. I actually accomplished my major goals all on my own, and at the most imperfect times. Today, I work with women in leadership roles, focusing on techniques to up-level their own unique leadership style, and strength their visibility, so they too can be heard, seen, and respected in the workplace.
