We are full-time, professional coaches and each of our team members have over 10+ years of industry experience and client success. We strive to learn from the best teachers and coaches in the industry both locally and abroad to continue to refine our skill and craft so we can serve our clients to the best of our ability. You’ll find that there is no other team in the Greater Vancouver Area with more life experience, industry experience, and knowledge from the widest array of certifications and workshops. Our approach to our own continuing education and personal development has enabled our client’s success in achieving their health and fitness goals opened our doors in January 2013.
