Enliven Learning Partners

Enliven Learning Partners (ELP), an entrepreneurial 501(c)(3), develops and supports 1:1 learning programs. ELP focuses on scalable and cost-effective solutions using a virtual delivery model to provide Transformational Tutoring to change student learning trajectories. Transformational Tutoring has three key components- Individualized Math instruction: harnessing strengths while addressing challenges - Metacognitive skill building: growing executive functioning, problem solving and mindset - Mentoring: building agency independence in the learner through a trusting relationship with the tutor We implement Transformational Tutoring through the Andromeda Math Partners (AMP) program, a partnership with Alexander Tutoring, a top math tutoring company in the SF Bay Area. AMP is a 1:1 math tutoring program implemented online, connecting professional math tutors with low-income students. AMP blends individualized math instruction with attuned relationship-based and metacognitive strategies to develop the whole learner. In addition to math skill-building, students also develop durable meta-learning skills equipping them to succeed at school and in life.
