As a dynamic and energetic consultancy, we take pride in providing our clients with the very highest level of service and commitment. All projects are overseen by at least one of the Directors. Iain Jourdan and Josette Oberholzer have 15 and 18 years’ experience respectively in the field of environmental impact assessment. Josette is both EAPASA (2019/221) and Sacnasp registered (120414). In the last 10 years, EnviroPro has successfully completed in excess of Environmental Applications and 350 Water Use Authorisations. These applications have ranged from small to large infrastructure projects, and have also included private residential, commercial and industrial developments. We have conducted multiple projects requiring application for Air Emissions Licences, Waste Management Licences, scheduled trade permits and permits for the removal of protected species. We have a strong mining division with our first application starting in 2011 and have completed in excess of 200 applications for both government and private individuals. We have assessed hard rock quarries and sand mining covering both the Basic Assessment and Scoping and EIA processes. EnviroPro also has a successful construction auditing division which currently monitors 68 sites per month throughout the country and another 6 on a quarterly and bi annual basis. We pride ourselves on being facilitative in our approach and thrive on the challenge of finding workable solutions that meet the requirements of both the project and the environment. We firmly believe that our role as the EAP is to think strategically and carefully about each project and to provide practical useful feedback. Environmental processes are often seen as stumbling blocks to development, but with the correct approach by the EAP and specialists, it can and should add tremendous value.
