ERAAfrica is working towards influencing environmental challenges against potential development in low-income communities. Our effort is to encourage Basic Education and The Future of Works (FOW) Skills to speed up personal, career, business, and community development. We presently have three Programmes to achieve these goals; Digital Skills for Career, Business and Community Development A digital skills orientation and training for teenagers (Secondary Schools), graduates and startups towards setting up Digital and Creative Hub in low-income communities. Project TIMS (This Is My Story) Creating a social impact through stories, ProjectTIMS is meant to discourage the spirit of ‘Instant Gratification’ of overnight riches among the youths by encouraging the spirit of hard-work, determination, and perseverance among other principles of attaining success by inviting successful people from all works of life to share their success stories (career journey) as an effort towards Career Story Bank (CSB). Annual Conference, Walk, and Gala In commemoration of World Computer Literacy Day, annually we hold walks around communities, organizes Conference and Gala Night to create awareness about the need for Digital Skills adoption.
