Many nonprofits and small businesses do not have the luxury of a full-time systems and data management role in house commonly resulting in the systems and data being underutilized. Erb Consulting LLC was launched to provide fractional system administration, data management and grant management services providing both project based and day to day support. After more than 15 years honing her skills in organizational systems and data management working for two Massachusetts community development corporations, Shannon decided to offer those services to a wider array of nonprofits and small businesses. She seeks to share her passion for systems and data, and how they work together to help even the smallest company. Systems and data have a variety of uses including for funding applications, demonstrating the value of an organization’s programs, and ensuring that your business/nonprofit serves who you set out to serve.
