I also offer a consultancy service which works with your team to develop that in-house training package you have been deliberating on, tailored to your business and its culture, whilst meeting your necessary regulations and standards. With reported work related injuries and new cases of work related musculoskeletal issues in the UK 2017/8, are your staff ready to deal with an incident if it occurs? With 15 years in the L&D area, from Co-ordinator to Operations Manager, I can offer a wealth of experience and expertise to enable your employees or group access to training that prepares them to deal with those unexpected events. I am Sarah Hetherington, founder, director and trainer of Es-sence Training Ltd, based in Northamptonshire, and able to cover the UK. With a career built in warehouse, rail and construction industries, I understand the challenges you face when it comes to up-skilling staff.
