Escape Arts

Escape believes in the value of inclusive arts within the heart of the community for everyone. Our programmes offer tailor made creative activities designed to address Community, Social Care and Educational needs. Escape aims to challenge individual expectations, allowing each person to grow and find their creative voice, helping to promote health & wellbeing and community cohesion. Escape aims to diversify and develop its impact on communities across Warwickshire each year. We currently have bases in Stratford-upon-Avon and Nuneaton with a range of activities for young people and adults in both communities. With the Launch of The Old Slaughterhouse, Arts & Heritage Studio in the centre of Stratford and a new Multi- Media Bus to take our activities out to dispersed communities, Escape is equipped to extend its reach all over Warwickshire and beyond. The Old Slaughterhouse, Arts and Heritage Studio was launched in 2015 and is the new permanent home of Escape Arts. Hosting exhibitions and events celebrating Stratford’s history, its people and their stories, alongside regular Escape programming and workshops. The Old Slaughterhouse is a unique heritage venue, a place to visit, learn and explore - hosting its own heritage craft shop and afternoon teas. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
