Evance Wind

Evance,(Evance Wind Turbines Ltd.) is manufacturing a 5kW wind turbine to IEC 61400 and with MCS Certification. The Worlds most efficient Small Wind Turbine, with certification in powercurve, durability, yield and reduced installation time and cost. The Iskra is designed for farms, schools, rural homes and light commercial applications including off grid hybrid requirements. This produces over kW hours at an annual average wind speed of 6 m/s. This Wind Turbine now qualifies for the UK Feed in Tariff. MCS Certification in the UK is a mandatory requirement for the UK FIT and Evance is fully Certified. The USA Small Wind Certification Council is already monitoring certification in the UK. The Evance Turbine is an evolution of the popular and reliable Iskra AT5-1 and has been developed over 11 years, including continuous monitoring and evaluation on Evance’s test sites, instrumented and measured according to IEC and MCS standards.
