Improve the organizational culture by creating and providing tools to promote employee excellence and innovation. Encourage entrepreneurship in the government by initiating dialogue about groundbreaking initiatives and sharing knowledge cross-government. Identify successes in the government and replicate wherever applicable and feasible, including fostering improvement processes and innovation at both the ministry and inter-ministerial levels.
